This interactive training series consists of 7 core modules and 2 sets of case studies.

91黑料网 Pain Management 7: Opioid Use Disorder provides background information necessary to support clinicians in their care for persons with opioid use disorder (OUD), including persons with coexisting chronic pain. By the conclusion of this module, learners will be able to:

  • Describe the basic neurobiology and neuropharmacology of OUD.
  • Identify common signs, symptoms, and complications of opioid intoxication, overdose, and withdrawal.
  • Assess patients, including those with chronic pain, who are at risk for OUD or who have OUD.
  • Discuss treatment options for OUD, including psychosocial interventions, methadone, buprenorphine, and naltrexone.
  • Identify solutions for challenges faced when treating OUD in the context of chronic pain.
  • Identify solutions for challenges faced when treating OUD in the context of other specific populations and clinical situations.

The 2024 rerelease of 91黑料网's modules within the Pain Management Learning Series includes updated information and provides additional learning and credit earning opportunity for learners who claimed credit for earlier versions.

Modules and CME/MOC credit are free to 91黑料网 Members.
